Online giving for Philippine organizations

Collect giving properly, and account for every peso of it.

GiveOnlineToday gives your church, charity, school or ministry a branded giving page, a QR standee for the lobby, per-fund accounting, donor records, receipts and certificates — and settlement into your own bank on your own cut-off.

Operated by Traxion Pay Inc., a BSP-licensed electronic money issuer and BSP-registered operator of a payment system.

What every organization gets

One account, from the first gift to the journal entry.

  • Branded giving pageYour logo, your colours, your own address — give.yourorg.ph or a page on giveonlinetoday.com. Mobile first, because that is where your givers are.
  • Funds and giving itemsCreate as many as you keep books for. Each one carries its own QR code and its own sub-ledger, so separation happens when the money arrives, not when someone reconciles it later.
  • Donor recordsKnown givers, anonymous givers, and the giving history of each. Givers can look up their own record, download their receipts and manage their recurring giving without calling your office.
  • Recurring givingWeekly, semi-monthly, monthly or quarterly, with a defined end or none. Givers start, pause, change the amount or stop it themselves.
  • Receipts and certificatesAn acknowledgment receipt on every gift. For accredited donee institutions, BIR Form 2322 generated per donation and issued to the donor.
  • Reports and exportsGiving by fund, programme, channel and period. Reconciliation against what actually settled. An end-of-day journal your bookkeeper can post.
  • Settlement to your bankAutomatic sweep to your own account over InstaPay or PESONet — per transaction, or once a day at the cut-off you set.
  • Roles for your teamAdmin, finance, cashier, communications, read-only auditor. Money-moving actions need two people, not one password.
How the money moves

Four steps, and you can see every one of them.

STEP 01

The giver pays

By QR Ph, bank transfer, e-wallet or a giving link — or hands cash to your cashier, who logs it.

STEP 02

It is attributed on arrival

Stamped with the fund, the programme, the channel and the giver at the moment of capture. Nothing is sorted out afterwards.

STEP 03

It lands in your wallet

Held in your organization's own balance, visible in the portal, matched against the settlement file for the day.

STEP 04

It sweeps to your bank

Out to your settlement account at the cut-off you set — 5:00 PM by default — with a batch record your finance team can tie out.

Documents

The paperwork your givers ask for, issued without being chased.

A donation is not a sale. It carries no VAT and no invoice — but it does carry documents, and most platforms leave those to your office.

Acknowledgment receipt

Every gift

Numbered in your own series, branded as your organization, emailed to the giver and downloadable any time.

Certificate of Donation

BIR Form 2322

If your organization is an accredited donee institution, the certificate is generated per donation received, in the required copies, from your own records — not typed up one by one at year end.

Network edition

One denomination, one dashboard, two hundred congregations.

If you lead a church network, a diocese, a chapter-based charity or a school group, every member gets its own giving page, its own QR codes and its own reports — while headquarters sees the whole tree consolidated, launches a campaign to every member at once, and keeps each member's funds separated from everyone else's.

Talk to us about a network
Safeguards

It is other people's money. It is treated that way.

Collect first, pay out on certification

You can receive giving as soon as your organization is verified. Money only leaves for a bank account once Traxion has certified the account — and that certification is enforced in the system, not by a hidden button.

Two people for money-moving changes

Adding or changing a settlement bank, configuring the sweep, posting or voiding an over-the-counter entry, refunds and role changes all require a second approver.

A cooling-off on new bank accounts

A newly added settlement account sits through a hold window and a re-check before it can receive a single peso. It is the one attack this kind of platform always faces.

Reconciliation gates the payout

Collections are matched against what the rails actually settled. Unmatched items above your threshold pause the sweep rather than let a wrong number through.

Restricted funds stay restricted

Money given to a designated fund is held in its own sub-ledger. Moving it anywhere else is an explicit, reasoned, logged act — never a silent merge.

An audit trail you can hand over

Every login, every permission change, every posting and every payout, with who did it and from where. Exportable for your auditors and your board.

Get started

Sign up today, receive your first gift this week.

Registration is online, verification is light, and your giving page and QR codes are generated for you. There is no hardware to buy and nothing to install.

For churches

Tithes, offering, missions, building fund — separated before anyone counts.

Give your congregation every way of giving they already expect, and give your treasurer books that are already sorted by fund when Sunday ends.

Sunday summaryExample
Tithes₱ 184,250.00
General offering₱ 62,900.00
Missions₱ 41,500.00
Building fund₱ 128,000.00
Over the counter (cash & cheque)₱ 36,780.00
Received 06 Sep 2026₱ 453,430.00
In the building

A code on the offering table for each thing you collect.

A standee per fund

Printed QR Ph artwork for tithes, missions and the building fund, so a member choosing where to give does it by scanning the right code — and your books separate themselves.

Cash and cheque still welcome

The cashier module opens and closes a shift with counts, logs cash and cheques with the drawer bank and cheque date, and holds the entry unsettled until the deposit is confirmed at the bank.

Giving from the seat

Members give from your Facebook page, your website, a link in the group chat, or the code in the bulletin — all of it lands in the same ledger as the offering bag.

Your givers

Regular givers, remembered — and served.

  • Recurring givingA member sets up weekly or monthly giving once. They can pause it, change the amount or stop it themselves, and you can see your recurring base and what has lapsed.
  • PledgesBuilding fund and missions pledges recorded against what has actually come in, per member, so the finance committee sees commitment, redemption and the gap.
  • Giver statementsA member can pull their own giving statement for the year without anyone in the office searching a spreadsheet.
  • Anonymous giving respectedA giver who chooses to remain anonymous stays anonymous everywhere in the system, at every level of reporting.
  • Certificates of DonationWhere your church holds donee accreditation, BIR Form 2322 is generated per donation and issued to named donors from your own register.
For church networks

Leading more than one congregation?

The network edition gives every local church its own giving page, its own codes, its own funds and its own reports, with headquarters seeing the consolidated picture and able to launch one campaign across every church at once. Churches that are not separately registered can still collect — under the network's entity, with their money ring-fenced and traceable to them.

Raising

A campaign page that is worth sharing.

The story, the target, the progress

A banner, the story behind the appeal, who is running it, the amount raised against the target, and a giver wall that respects anyone who asked to stay anonymous.

Previews properly when shared

Every campaign has its own address and its own preview image, so a link posted to Facebook or sent through Messenger shows the appeal — not a grey box.

Know which post worked

Short links carry their source, so you can see which channel, which post and which partner actually brought the giving in.

Sponsorship

Commitments that run for years, tracked like commitments.

  • Programmes and beneficiariesA register of what can be sponsored — a feeding programme, a scholar, a community, a build — with the access controls that sensitive beneficiary records require.
  • Sponsor commitmentAmount, cadence, duration and start date, with the recurring engine moving the money and the commitment tracked against what was actually received.
  • Gap reportingWhat is unsponsored, what has lapsed, what is ending this quarter — the report that keeps a sponsorship programme from quietly hollowing out.
  • Updates to the sponsorProgress and impact reported back to the person paying for it, which is what makes a sponsor renew.
Accountability

Reporting built for the people who check you.

Restricted and unrestricted, kept apart

Designated giving is held in its own sub-ledger and reported separately. Your fund position is a live number, not a quarter-end reconstruction.

Three-way reconciliation

What was collected, what the rails settled, and what was paid out to your bank — matched, with an exception queue for anything that does not tie.

Certificates for your donors

Accredited donee institutions issue BIR Form 2322 per donation automatically, with the register that goes with it. Corporate donors ask for this first.

Books that post

End-of-day balanced journals mapped to your own chart of accounts, exported to your accounting system or dropped as a file, with period locking so a re-run cannot double-post.

For schools, alumni & associations

Donations and collections in one platform, never in one pile.

An alumni fund, a scholarship endowment, event tickets, membership dues and canteen collections all come through the same page — and each one is classified when it is created, so the right document is issued and your books stay clean.

Collections, classifiedExample

Donations get a certificate. Sales get an invoice.Classified at setup
The distinction that matters

One is a gift. The other is a sale. They are not documented the same way.

Classification is set when the giving item or payment link is created, so nobody has to decide it at year end.

How support raising works here

Your page, your partners, your organization's books.

  • A page of your ownYour photo, where you serve, what the support covers, and your monthly target — at an address you can put on a card, a slide or a chat.
  • Pledges and monthly givingA partner pledges an amount and a cadence; the platform collects it on schedule and shows you pledged against received.
  • Received by your sending organizationSupport is received into the sending church or mission's fund with you named as the designated worker, then released to you through their normal process. Your partners get a receipt from a registered organization, and you are not personally collecting public funds.
  • The gap, visibleYou and your missions office both see who is under-supported and by how much — which is the number a missions committee actually manages against.
  • Partner carePartners can see their own giving history, download receipts, and update or stop their support without going through you.
How it works

From sign-up to settled in your bank.

Registration is online and verification is light. You can receive giving quickly; money only leaves for a bank account once your organization has been certified.

Getting on

Onboarding

STEP 01

Register

Your organization's details and an authorised contact. Confirm the email address, and the account opens.

STEP 02

Verify

Upload your registration and the documents for your organization type. The process is guided and you can finish it in stages.

STEP 03

Collect

Your giving page and QR codes go live. Giving comes in and is held in your organization's balance.

STEP 04

Certify, then sweep

Once Traxion certifies the account and your settlement bank clears its hold window, funds sweep to your bank on your schedule.

Collecting and paying out are two separate permissions, and both are enforced in the platform itself.

Setting up

What you configure once.

Your brand

Logo, colours and copy for your giving page, your receipts and your emails. Your address, whether that is a page on giveonlinetoday.com or your own domain.

Your funds

The giving items you keep books for, each restricted or unrestricted, each classified as a donation or a sale, each with its own QR code.

Your people

Team members with roles — admin, finance, cashier, communications, auditor — and the second approver for money-moving actions.

Your settlement

The bank account that receives your money, the sweep mode, the daily cut-off, and the minimum balance worth sweeping.

Every day after that

What the portal does for you.

  • BalanceAvailable and current balance, what has been collected today, and what is scheduled to sweep tonight.
  • Collection logEvery gift with its fund, programme, channel, giver and reference — searchable, filterable, exportable.
  • DonorsYour register of known and anonymous givers, their history, their recurring giving and their documents.
  • ReconciliationCollections matched to settlement and to payouts, with an aging exception queue for anything unmatched.
  • ReportsBy fund, programme, channel and period; new against returning against lapsed givers; recurring base and churn; pledge fulfilment.
  • Accounting handoffEnd-of-day balanced journals against your chart of accounts, exported to your accounting system or as a file for your bookkeeper.
  • Activity logWho did what, when, and from where — for your auditors and your board.
Questions

The ones we are asked most.

How do givers pay?

QR Ph, bank transfer and e-wallet through a giving link or a scanned code, and over the counter in cash or by cheque through your own cashier. Every channel lands in the same ledger with the same attribution.

Do we need our own bank account?

Yes, for settlement. Your organization's giving is held in your own balance on the platform and swept to your nominated bank account over InstaPay or PESONet.

Can we issue tax certificates to donors?

If your organization is an accredited donee institution, the platform generates BIR Form 2322 per donation received and keeps the register. If it is not, every gift still receives a numbered acknowledgment receipt, and your giving page will not promise a certificate you cannot issue.

What about collections that are not donations?

Tuition, tickets, dues, rentals and merchandise are sales, not gifts. You classify each giving item when you create it, and the platform issues the right document for each.

Can our own website take the giving?

Yes. Use a giving link, an embedded button on your site, or a code in the bulletin — the transaction is still processed and recorded by the platform, and your team sees it in the same portal.

Who holds the money before it reaches our bank?

Traxion Pay Inc., a BSP-licensed electronic money issuer, holds it in your organization's account on the platform until it sweeps to your bank on the schedule you set.

Pricing

You should know what a gift costs before you accept it.

Pricing is built from three parts and nothing else. Your rates are confirmed in writing when your account is activated, and they appear against every transaction in your reports.

Part 01

A rate per transaction

Charged on money received, and quoted per channel — QR Ph, bank transfer, e-wallet and over-the-counter do not cost the same to process, so they are not priced as if they did.

Part 02

A settlement fee

Charged when money leaves for your bank, per sweep rather than per gift. Sweeping once a day costs less than sweeping every transaction, and you choose.

Part 03

A platform fee, where it applies

Single organizations run on the transaction rate alone. Networks, multi-chapter charities and institutions using the accounting and sponsorship modules are quoted a platform fee for the group.

The rules around the rate

What we will not do to the number.

  • No charge to set upRegistration, your giving page, your QR artwork, your funds and your team accounts are part of the account, not a project fee.
  • Fees shown, not buriedEvery transaction in your reports carries its gross amount, the fee and the net — so your books reconcile to the peso without anyone deriving it.
  • Your giver can cover the feeYou can offer your givers the option to add the transaction fee to their gift. It is offered, never pre-ticked, and the total is shown before they pay.
  • Volume is priced as volumeRates are reviewed against what you actually process. A network negotiates once, centrally, and every member collects on those terms.
